Solid Tires And Muddy Conditions

Our F1H model is versatile in different terrains. It adds a wider footprint for increased contact with the ground, as well as a self-cleaning tread pattern that performs better in mud surfaces and rainy conditions.

Self-cleaning is very important in off-road applications. Specially when working on muddy conditions you need to make sure that the tread is designed to clear out mud and rocks when the wheel turns. High-quality solid tires have little protrusions between the lugs called ‘mud breakers’ which help crack built-up soil deposits as the tire flexes, which allows the tire to spit the dirt out.

Wheel loader tire treads should be tapered to allow material to exit the tires. In wet or muddy conditions, the excess buildup can fall out of the tire grooves, giving operators more traction at the worksite.
